We will dance! We are very happy to announce that Sharon Booth, our artistic director, will be in Bozen/Bolzano on 7th and 8th July 2020 and will be teaching 4 workshops. We are so looking forward to two days of dance and ease and joie de vivre! We are very happy to be able to offer at least 4 workshops this summer. Be part of it!

Age: the workshops are accesible from 14 years on

Bring along: your own mat (only for Pilates workshops), please wear your mask when entering and leaving the building (while dancing the mask is not necessary)

Course descriptions:

Modern B
With the emphasis on the back moving the rest of the body through space, this course will develop a sense of large movement whether traveling across the studio or simply standing. The potential of broad, sweeping physicality coming from the inside out is massive!
Level: moderately advanced students

Pilates A-C
Based on the classical Pilates vocabulary, Sha-lates (Sharon’s Pilates) blends each training with her movement experience as a dancer, to benefit the client. Rhythm and humour play a HUGE role. Each lesson begins with a standing warm up, incorporating the breath and bringing a vertical energy into the centre of the body. Moving onto the floor in various exercises, Sharon helps to initiate movement from the core, lengthen and strengthen each part of the body and enjoy the feeling of full muscular engagement.
